HPRCA Panchayat Secretary & Various Posts Recruitment 2026 (Advt No. 04/2026)

The Himachal Pradesh Rajya Chayan Aayog (HPRCA) has announced a major recruitment drive (Advt. No. 04/2026) to fill 331 vacancies across various state departments. The flagship role is the Panchayat Secretary (119 posts) under the Panchayati Raj Department, alongside Junior Office Assistants (JOA) and other administrative trainees. The selection process rigorously tests general aptitude, state-specific knowledge, and mandates a practical typing skill test for clerical efficiency.

Qualification Panchayat Secretary: Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university. JOA: 10+2 examination passed. Both roles strictly require a minimum typing speed of 30 WPM in English OR 25 WPM in Hindi on a computer.
